It was a really great stay. I loved the place, everything was good! The location was ideal, you can visit Los Arcos by walking. There were a market and shops around the hotel.

Loved the place, lovely stay. The bed was big and it was great having fridge, flat-screen television and air conditioner. There was a unique restaurant, shops and the markets next door. The sushi bar in the hotel had lots of complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day. There were fine internet and overnight parking available.

Food was decent, room was warm, appreciated the wonderful bathroom. The staff - very approachable and was willing to help, ensured that we have a fantastic stay...

Facilities were new, nevertheless internet connection was weak.

All we needed for shopping in Puerto Vallarta. A kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals. The restaurant was located within 400 feet.

Beds were very hard.
